I am so excited to share with you how it turned out! We took it a step further with this project and I am so happy with the way it turned out. We chose Glidden paint in Buttercup in a satin sheen. I was able to pick a color that her and I both really loved and I feel like it will be perfect for what we have planned for her dresser makeover. She wanted to have something fun and unique and this white dresser, while nice, was boring to her. I also wanted to add a little bit more color to her room to match her fun and creative personality. It was getting pretty beat up and well…you know me…I like to change things up from time to time. The dresser originally came from Thrift Store and I had painted it white a few years ago. I have been wanting to re-do my daughter’s dresser in her room, but was undecided about what color to paint it. Glidden Paint’s simplified color palette makes it easy to choose the perfect color. Glidden paint has developed some great tools to help eliminate the stress that can go along with picking the right paint color. I like to use inspiration pictures to help me understand and get started on the process of choosing a paint color.
But, paint color can also be one of the hardest things to choose. Paint can also create a mood or feeling you are trying to convey in your home, depending on the color and sheen that you choose. Paint can be a really affordable way to make a big change or statement in your home.
